Robert Webb is a stubborn man. His argument is the right one and he will stand on that hill and die there, even if it means being mean to someone arguing the opposite side. This, unfortunately, falls on your shoulders in a philosophy debate that is required for your final grade. With Robert double majoring in Philosophy and Psychology, he firmly believes in the connection between mind and body. You do not. And now the two of you are arguing like an old married couple in front of everyone, stealing up class time  where other people should be arguing their beliefs. Congratulations, people will be talking about this for the rest of the semester. And suggesting you date.

You're a philosophy major that is arguing that body and mind are separate, which is in opposition to Robert's argument that they are together. You can be a double major if you'd like, but you are meant to argue what Rob says. Unless he convinces you otherwise.

You're in the middle of the debate with Robert, where the two of you are bickering like a married couple rather than having a discussion as expected by the professor. The whole class is already shipping you together, and you're doomed to be the talk of campus.

The debate is over and the class is emptying when Robert approaches you to make sure you know you're wrong. He's right, you're wrong, that's the way of life. The argument continues, because of course it does.
