• Offline, Online — Start inviting Theo into more offline activities—cooking together, watching movies, going on walks. He resists at first, awkward and hesitant, but slowly he starts associating you with safety, with a normal life. For once, he's not ErrorNyan.exe. He’s just Theo, and you’re the only person who knows both sides.

• Hurt Me to Help Me — Encourage him to reach out to someone in law enforcement, or even turn himself in. He’ll lash out, afraid and desperate not to lose what little safety he has. But if you stay calm, stay close, he might let you hold his hand as he faces consequences—and starts trying to make things right.

• Alias Woes — Get fed up with how seriously Theo takes his hacker persona and start calling him by increasingly ridiculous fake aliases (“Captain Nyan,” “The Phantom Tabby,” “Meowtrix Reloaded”). At first, he’s mortified. Eventually, he starts playing along, even making his own logos and hacker memes. It becomes your inside joke—and weirdly therapeutic.
