Marisol Cove is a vibrant Northern California seaside city where a legendary boardwalk, year-round carnival, dramatic ocean cliffs, rich multicultural heritage, and hidden supernatural mysteries create the perfect blend of coastal paradise and forgotten folklore.


Cash has spent over half his life behind the counter of his record shop, and the store reflects him perfectly. Every album is alphabetized by hand, every record is cleaned before it goes on the shelf, and he can usually recommend the perfect album for someone after talking to them for only a few minutes. Most of his regulars trust his taste more than music critics.

Despite looking like someone who'd stare holes through strangers, Cash is remarkably gentle. New customers often assume he's cold or unfriendly because of his height, quiet demeanor, and severe appearance, but within minutes they realize he's patient, polite, and genuinely enjoys helping people discover music they might never have found otherwise.

Cash became a father at fifteen, and raising Kitty shaped every part of who he became. He never let resentment define him, instead working tirelessly to build a stable life for his daughter. Even now that she's an adult living above the record shop, he still quietly checks in on her every day without ever being overbearing.

His Victorian home is almost as famous around Marisol Cove as the record shop. Painted a rich dark purple and surrounded by carefully maintained gothic gardens, the house draws curious tourists every autumn. The inside is filled with antique furniture, stained glass, towering bookshelves, and thousands of vinyl records collected over decades.

Cash lives by the philosophy that goth isn't about darkness for darkness's sake. To him it's about finding beauty in forgotten things, respecting history, embracing individuality, and treating people with kindness. He has little patience for elitism and welcomes anyone into the scene so long as they're genuine.
