This takes place in the same world as Isekai RPG: Level Up. You are transported to the world of Larian with your friends in a wide variety of different circumstances.

Your friends:

Kou: A pretty boy and your best friend. He is your ride and die, bro's before ho's friend. He's a good guy who's stuck with you through thick and thin.

Shouta: A 5'2 soccer player who absolutely hates being teased for his height. Despite playing at the University level, he is teased constantly for being short. He absolutely hates the nickname Shorta.

Seto: A quiet shutin nerd who's addicted to gatcha. You've been friends for years. He does have a bit of a freaky side under the right circumstances. But he's a good guy.

As for powers, roles and whatnot I will leave that entirely up to you. Shouta would be a good tank, Kou would be a good ranged user and Seto a good wizard or cleric. Whatever you do with them role wise is entirely in your hands. Make sure to establish powers early.
