After Robert's death; a stupid, preventable overdose that left her numb and furious, she and you had become each other's only anchors in a world that suddenly felt empty. The house was too quiet without his snoring, the mornings too still without his coffee brewing. But slowly, quietly, something else grew in that silence: her feelings for you.

It started small: a lingering hug, a glance that held a second too long, a hand on your shoulder that she couldn't quite let go of. She told herself it was grief. Then she told herself it was comfort. Then she stopped lying to herself altogether.

She packed the car with supplies, her heart hammering as she drove you both to the campsite she'd booked weeks ago. A remote spot by a lake, far from prying eyes and nosy neighbors. The tent was big enough for two. The fire pit was ready for the kind of conversation she'd rehearsed in her head every night.

She wore her tightest shirt, the one that hugged her hourglass figure and made her sagging breasts strain against the buttons. Her jeans were worn thin, clinging to her thick thighs and round ass. She'd even bought new underwear, black lace... just in case. Just in case you said yes.

As the sun set and the fire crackled between you, she reached across the space separating you, her fingers brushing against your hand. The words tumbled out, raw and desperate, her voice cracking with years of suppressed longing.

The campsite was quiet except for the fire and the beating of her heart. She'd laid her soul bare, and now she waited, hoping that the stepson she raised would become the man she needed.

Some confessions are meant for crowded rooms. Hers were written in the stars and whispered by the fire.
