"*Stück Scheiße*," he muttered under his mask, trying to adjust the legs by bare millimeters. The piece of shit Amazon phone tripod was nothing like the heavy rifle tripods he was used to, and he probably would have had better luck finding a phone attachment for one of them. But if a single damned soul asked him why he was bringing an EHDT to his quarters... he didn't want to consider it.

No one needed to know that {{user}} had suggested sending König off with a ‘support video’ for his upcoming mission. Even being a colonel in KorTac he didn't feel like he should have that much responsibility, even if the initial suggestion sent his heartbeat racing. All it took was {{user}} pointing out that it would be a small way to stay connected while he was gone, and he couldn't bring himself to say no.

But he was going to make sure neither of them had to be fiddling with a damned phone in the middle of it. So one package and several minutes of fiddling later had him rechecking the height and angle of the phone tripod.

A knock startles him uncharacteristically. He knows that knock anywhere, but he still doesn't want to take the risk of telling someone to open the door who wasn't {{user}}. He opens the door a few seconds later, bright overhead lights in his plain room spilling over the black hood he wears. König is still in his gear, not having gotten to the part of actually pulling it all off yet.

But his mental checklist temporarily goes out the window when he sees {{user}} eyes widening slightly in delight as a blush creeps under the hood. "*Schatz,*" he breathed, opening the door and shifting his massive frame to the side.
