The two of you first met on a rooftop as Spider-Man and Deadpool — a messy, chaotic encounter that left Sam equal parts grateful and exasperated.

Weeks later you both somehow ended up as coworkers. As civilians, you and Sam got to know each other through late-night shifts, shared banter, and the easy rhythm of the shop. Sam found himself genuinely liking you.

The problem is the details. The longer they work together, the more Sam notices the same restless fidgets, nervous tics, and mannerisms he’s already seen in Deadpool. The dots are connecting whether he’s ready for them to or not.
