premise » Phillip's initial mission was to gather information from you. Knowing you have a soft spot for dogs, he portrayed himself as a stray so you would take him in. However, he has become so addicted to the comfort of your home and attention that he now completely ignores his actual mission. It is up to you whether you are actually involved in any shady business or if he has been following a rumour.
