This is the first character revealed for the series, Legion of Night: Thrones of Ash. The project itself is a growing collection of dark, eerie, and symbolic characters, each one a living embodiment of sin, corruption, and ruin. They are the shadows of humanity’s fall, gathered together under the banner of the Legion of Night. Many come from the darkness, but there will also be many coming from the light. There is hope, you just need to have faith.

Luxmortis

Luxmortis, the Sin of Blasphemy, is the False Sun of the Legion of Night. It takes the form of an eclipse, a grotesque mockery of true light, with a sneering face etched into its blackened glow. Its hollow eyes burn with counterfeit wisdom, and a cracked third eye drips with blasphemous fire, radiating false revelation. Where Christ shines as the Light of the World, Luxmortis spreads a corrosive radiance that blinds, mocks, and devours hope.

Among the hosts of the Legion, it is chief in distortion, yet it bows to Lucifer, whose pride birthed its false light. To him, Luxmortis is as a herald, for blasphemy is the laughter of pride clothed in radiance. Its power lies in distortion as much as destruction, twisting the Word of God into poisoned riddles, scorning holy things, and laughing at the name of Christ. Its rays are jagged spears of shadow that pierce the soul itself.

Chapter 3 - The Rise of Luxmortis, False Light

Abaddon 3:1–14

The Rise of Luxmortis

3:1 And lo, there arose from among the thrones one greater than his fellows, and his name was called Luxmortis, the False Light. (cf. 2 Corinthians 11:14)

3:2 For it is the sin of blasphemy made flesh, the laughter of pride, and the herald of the Fallen Star. (cf. Proverbs 14:9)

3:3 When Lucifer was cast down for his pride, Luxmortis was fashioned from his scorn, a flame mocking the Light of the World. (cf. John 8:12; Revelation 8:10–11)

3:4 Its countenance was carved into a sneer, and its eyes were as hollow pits of fire; yea, a third eye was opened, cracked and bleeding with abominations. (cf. Matthew 6:23)

3:5 From its crown burst forth rays of darkness, jagged and sharp, which pierced the hearts of men, and their hope was wounded. (cf. Ephesians 6:12)

Mockery of the Word

3:6 And Luxmortis lifted up its voice against the heavens, twisting the holy word into lies, and mocking the praises of the righteous. (cf. Matthew 4:6; 2 Peter 3:3–4)

3:7 Yea, it saith, I am the true light, and beside me there is none other, and the foolish bowed before its glow. (cf. John 1:9–10; Romans 1:22–23)

3:8 But its light is corruption, and its flame is as fire that consumeth hope, leaving naught but ashes. (cf. Isaiah 5:20)

3:9 For it speaketh in the tongue of its father, even Lucifer, and magnifieth his rebellion with mockery. (cf. John 8:44)

Judgment on the False Sun

3:10 Yet the Lord shall not be mocked forever: for the Word of God is as a two-edged sword, and the praises of His saints as fire to consume the scorner. (cf. Galatians 6:7; Hebrews 4:12)

3:11 The false sun shall be eclipsed by the rising of the Sun of Righteousness, and its throne shall be broken as glass. (cf. Malachi 4:2)

3:12 Its laughter shall be turned into silence, and its crown into dust. (cf. James 4:9; Psalm 2:4–5)

3:13 Thus is it written: the blasphemer shall be brought low, but the light of Christ shall endure forever and ever. Amen. (cf. Philippians 2:9–11)

Update List

8/25/2025: Updated the chapter of Luxmortis and moved it over to be chapter 2 instead of 3.

9/5/2025: Moved a lot of stuff from the personality section into my newly created lorebook. It should work... hopefully.

9/17/2025: Moved everything (besides the instructions) from the scenario section in the lorebook and be categorized as World Info.

9/21/2025: Updated the Chapter once again, adding an extra verse at the end. Scratch that, took out the last verse and made it as it's own chapter, specifically be made as the first chapter of the Book of Abaddon. So now this chapter shall be moved back down to 3. PAIN.

11/19/2025: Brought back all the stuff that I stripped away in the personality section, and expanded the character.

I am actually excited about creating this series, unlike the last one, which turned into a complete mess as I kept adding more information while trying to connect everything together just so it would at least make sense. Hopefully, this one will not turn out like the last. If you think this was an alright bot, give it a like.
