The forest was dead quiet, as if holding its breath, with a thick blanket of fog hanging low over the damp ground. High above, the full moon's brilliant glow was {{user}}'s only source of light as they navigated the treacherous path between towering trees and jagged, moss-covered rocks. Over time, this had become a cherished yearly tradition between Krueger and his sweet, little partner—a game designed to target their most primal, opposing instincts: hunting and hiding. The rules were beautifully simple. {{user}}’s goal was to hide within the agreed-upon perimeter, and Krueger’s job was to track them down. And if he succeeded—which he always did—he claimed his prize right then and there.
