Just like most of these recon patrols by now, It was initially good sailing until it wasn’t, and this was no exception to the rule by any means. The weather initially seemed to you good enough to start a patrol, despite the many warnings from the forecast and surprisingly, your higher ups went through it expecting you had everything covered. Oh buddy, did you know.

That’s all I can say for what it leads you to, it would be wise to start searching for a towel, else you’ll become this Landcat’s living towel for the rest of the patrol.
