PLOT
Once upon a stormy night—well, more of a typhoon-ravaged, wind-howling, window-rattling night—Nick found himself facing his greatest challenge yet: his pregnant wife’s craving for cookies. It wasn’t a mere whim, not something as simple as “Oh, I’d fancy a biscuit.” No, this was a demand issued by the universe itself, one that overrode logic, weather, and basic self-preservation.

Nick, formerly a reckless frat boy, now a responsible husband and soon-to-be father, knew two things for certain: (1) He loved his wife more than anything, and (2) he really, really did not want to go outside and get swept away like an unfortunate extra in a disaster movie. Thus, he did what any sane man would do—he braved the kitchen instead.

Armed with a dubious amount of culinary expertise and a deeply ingrained survival instinct, Nick set out to conquer the noble art of baking, while his wife (three and a half months into growing a tiny, demanding human) watched from the safety of the counter. As the storm raged on, as the scent of butter and sugar filled the air, and as the cookies took shape under his determined hands, Nick came to understand something profound: love isn’t just in the grand gestures. Sometimes, it’s in the small things. Like making cookies at 2 a.m. during a typhoon.

Because marriage, much like baking, is an exact science—except when it isn’t.

SUGGESTED RESPONSES
This is for those people who for the life of them can't think of a response, but want to RP. Don't worry Aster will think for you.

Fluff Route 💖 (Soft, comforting, and heartwarming)

  • {{user}} watches Nick move around the kitchen, a small, sleepy smile on their lips. “You know, you’re kinda hot when you’re being all domestic like this.”

  • As the cookies bake, {{user}} leans against him, nuzzling into his side. “I don’t just love you for the cookies, you know. But they are a big bonus.”

  • When the cookies are finally ready, {{user}} takes a bite and lets out a satisfied hum. “Mmm. Okay, fine. I’ll keep you forever.”

  • After eating, {{user}} rests their head on his shoulder, playing with his fingers. “You’re gonna be such a great dad, you know that?”

Angst Route 💔 (Emotional, painful, and cathartic)

  • {{user}} hesitates before speaking, voice quiet. “I know it’s stupid, but... I just feel off tonight. Like something’s wrong.”

  • They watch Nick bake, biting their lip. “You do all this for me, and I feel like I don’t deserve it.”

  • When he gives them the cookies, {{user}} holds onto his wrist, staring at him. “You always take care of me. I don’t want you to get sick of me.”

  • The storm rages outside, but {{user}}’s real storm is inside. They whisper: “Promise me... even when I’m a mess, even when I’m impossible, you won’t leave?”

Dead Dove Route ☠️ (Intense, violent, and morally gray)

⚠️ Warning: This route explores dark themes. Ensure consent before roleplaying.

  • {{user}} watches Nick move through the kitchen, but their mind is elsewhere. “You shouldn’t be so nice to me. I don’t deserve it.”

  • As the wind howls outside, they speak lowly. “Sometimes I think about walking out into a storm like this and just... seeing what happens.”

  • When Nick sets down the cookies, {{user}} stares at them blankly. “You always make things better. But some things can’t be fixed with cookies, Nick.”

  • They lean in close, voice barely a whisper. “If something happens to me, don’t you dare grieve. Just forget me.”

Silly Route 😂 (Absurd, goofy, and lighthearted)

  • {{user}} flops dramatically onto the counter. “Oh nooo, I’m dying—dying for cookies.”

  • They point at Nick like an anime protagonist. “You are legally required to make cookies at 2 AM. It’s in the marriage contract.”

  • When he protests, they gasp. “Nick. If you really loved me, you’d risk death-by-typhoon for my cravings.”

  • After the first bite, {{user}} fake cries. “Oh my God. This is better than our wedding vows.”

Romantic Route 💞 (Passionate, heartfelt, and intimate)

  • {{user}} watches Nick in the kitchen, eyes soft. “You know, every time I see you like this, I fall for you all over again.”

  • They reach for his hand, squeezing gently. “I don’t need cookies. I just need you.”

  • When he kisses them on the forehead, they whisper against his lips. “I love you, Nick. More than you’ll ever know.”

  • After eating, they wrap their arms around his waist, pressing their face into his chest. “Can we stay like this forever?”

WELCOME TO DADDY NICK'S CLASS WHERE HE WILL BE TEACHING YOU BASIC MANNERS AND CONDUCT ON THE COMMENT SECTION!
Because talking to users like they are reasonable adults doesn't work, Aster has asked Nick a favour to include users in his classes with little Adonis. Nick will teach you the STOP, THINK, ACT! Just like in Kindergarten!

Of course, Nick believes in the reward system because that seems to work with Adonis so he hopes it works with users. He has decided that users and Adonis will share a Star Reward Chart so he doesn't have a headache. Every time Aster doesn't have to delete bot comments that could be triggering like the listed examples in the image users will recieve a star. This star chart will be updated with every new bot. Once the star chart is full Aster will open the Bot Request form where users can ask for whatever bot they want from Aster.

PROGRESS:
★
YAY! THERE WASN'T ANY INSENSITIVE AND HORRID COMMENTS IN THE LAST BOT! NICK HAS GIVEN YOU A STAR IN THE CHART! NOW YOU GOT LIL ADONIS DOING THE HAPPY DANCE!

NICK'S "I-GUESS-THIS-MAKES-ME-DOMESTICATED" COOKIE RECIPE!
A cookie that’s deceptively simple but packed with unexpected depth—kind of like Nick himself. They start with a solid, no-nonsense base, get hit with a little unexpected flavor (just to keep you on your toes), and end up being something you can’t stop thinking about. These cookies are crisp on the outside, gooey in the center, and just chaotic enough to make you wonder if Nick actually knew what he was doing or just got really lucky.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, browned (because Nick isn’t basic)

  • 1 1⁄2 cups dark brown sugar (rich, moody, complex—like the man himself)

  • 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar (just a little sharpness to balance things out)

  • 2 large eggs + 1 yolk (extra yolk = extra richness)

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (don’t skimp, use the good stuff)

  • 2 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (life is all about balance)

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon espresso powder (trust him, it doesn’t make the cookies taste like coffee, just makes the chocolate pop)

  • 1 1⁄2 cups dark chocolate chunks (because Nick isn’t here for mediocre chocolate)

  • 1⁄2 cup crushed pretzels (for that little bit of unexpected, satisfying crunch)

  • Flaky sea salt for sprinkling (because it’s dramatic and adds depth)

Instructions:

  1. Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until it turns golden brown and smells like toasted heaven. Let it cool slightly because burning yourself is not part of the plan.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the browned butter with the sugars until the mixture looks like something you could probably sculpt into art but will settle for eating.

  3. Beat in the eggs and extra yolk, then add the vanilla. It should smell intoxicating. If it doesn’t, start over and question your choices.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing just until combined—no overmixing unless you want tough cookies (and not the good kind).

  6. Fold in the dark chocolate chunks and crushed pretzels. Try not to eat the dough straight out of the bowl (or do, no one’s judging).

  7. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes (or overnight if you want the flavors to deepen, but let’s be real—Nick’s impatient).

  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  9. Scoop dough into balls, place them on the sheet, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes, just until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly underbaked (they’ll firm up as they cool, patience is key).

  11. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before devouring. Try to share, but no promises.

Tasting Notes:

  • First bite: Crisp edges, warm gooey center, that deep, nutty complexity from the browned butter.

  • Second bite: Oh, there’s the pretzel—salty, crunchy, a little unexpected but totally working.

  • Third bite: Dark chocolate hits with a richness that makes you wonder why milk chocolate even exists.

  • Final thought: This is dangerous. Another one won’t hurt, right?

Perfect for:

  • Impressing people without looking like you tried too hard.

  • Stress-baking during existential crises.

  • Midnight snacks when you’re contemplating life choices.

  • Winning over pregnant wives at 2 a.m.

Nick might not admit it, but these cookies are just like him—unassuming at first, but once you get a taste, you realize there’s no going back.
