Thank you all! Please join me for some survey data, updates, and a lot of other stuff!
One whole year!
It's pretty amazing to think about. I had started uploading bots to this site around late March and realized around early April 2025 that I could probably have a home for my creations beyond other platforms. One thing lead to another, and now we're here, with over 14000 as an audience. Well, kind of sort of, I know people wax and wane and follower numbers aren't the best indicator of who is actually a part of your audience, but... it's still pretty cool.
You know what else is cool? Data, news of releases, and a little more. Let's dig into all that... right after some shoutouts!
Shoutouts (And Why Oh My!)
Shoddy: Shoddy may seem like the oddball of this list, and in fact they are. They are a relatively new creator, but someone who has been around this site and understands its ins and outs very, very well. Getting your foot off the ground as a creator is hard, getting a core audience even harder, and I'd like to do what I can to point this guy out. They are incredibly smart, are cooking up some mean stuff, and I cannot wait to see what they bring to the table. You won't be disappointed by their initial releases.
Ritzhard: That guy in the glasses. For many of you Ritz needs no introduction, but I'm sure there's a portion who don't know them. Ritz is not only a fantastic creator, but I fully believe has probably the best RPG on this site by a mile known as Citadel 9. It puts my Quantum City and adjacent work to shame, and it's a crime it isn't getting more attention. I implore you to check it, along with his additional work, out. You'll love it, or your money back!
kwill777: Several of you follow me for my superhero series, namely my characters and cities in the world of Paranova. I'd like to point to kwill as a fantastic creator with a world known as Polaris. It's taking time for development, but the three characters so far rock the socks in terms of information and interaction! I've also had chats purely OOC based to just ask about the world and the systems. I'm a bit of a dork like that, getting a little too into the worldbuilding, but it sells the cake. Give their work a try!
Faekrie: Much like Ritz, Faekrie for several of you probably is well known, and in terms of RPGs and wide system-based bots in general they are probably the goat. I've taken major inspiration from their work for how I build out and organize my own systems, and whenever I look torwards making a larger system based bot, I think to myself, "okay, but what sets it apart from these masterpieces?" (this is foreshadowing for later). If you like big mechanical stuff, if you like to drown in detail by proxy while still having a JLLM friendly environment, Faekrie is the go to!
Ayatane: I gave them a shoutout on my 10000 celebration, and I am going to give them one here. Ayatane pours so much love and soul and creativity into each of their works, and on a platform dominated by automation and what I consider a very, very fixed "meta" in terms of what to find on trending, it's nice to see Ayatane's stuff stand out. They are an absolute gem of a person to interact with on Discord and one of the people I keep in the back of my mind when making bots when I think "is what I am making good?"
As some of you know, I do not personally interact with a lot of bots on my own. I'm much more of a maker for others than a user, though I do love to go through my own work, especially the RPGs. And my limited time spent using other bots on this site is for, well, guys like the above.
I look to the Lico's of the site who make me look at my stuff and think I'm a fraud. Who make me think, "THIS! THIS RIGHT HERE IS WHAT JANITOR SHOULD BE ABOUT BABY!"
That said... I do see the positive stuff from you, especially in the recent survey. Let's get into that!
That Recent Survey (With Charts!)
Some of you may remember that I had launched a survey back at the end of Februrary. For those of you who are new, I create one every 3-4 months just to get the vibes, suggestions, and a sample size of where my audience sits.
My previous surveys, the 2 before this one, were often stretched out over 50-60 days with links in the bios. These surveys, independently, both accumulated around 200 responses, with my first survey getting around 80 and the second around 120.
This one, over a 3 day period announcement post, which I had intended to stretch out for about a month, got over 250 responses. I had quickly changed my plans from doing another 50 day stretch, and realized, yeah, that was a lot. And more than enough.
You can find the full survey as images here!
Let's start with some demographics.
The second group is expected. I'm American, majority of audience is in the Americas. Fair enough!
The more interesting response, is the representation breakdown.
Now I know, sample size, not representative of the entire population, blah blah blah, but shush. That's stats.
Given the uh, type of bots I make, honestly a little shocked at the mixed representation, only after comparing the figure with similarly sized creators who had basically 90% male representation. I don't want to hang up on this too much, it's weird talking about it already, but this is an example of the data representing a side that I never see beyond the comments. More on that later.
For now, the data I am most interested in.
Independently, these data points mean nothing. Together, they produce a discovery. The vast majority treat the platform as a small to moderate hobby (0-12 hours, but the way if you are spending 25+ hours on this site go do something else) but critically represent a heavy portion of longer form RPs. This is the kind of stuff I find interesting, and the stuff even the analytics is never really going to paint.
The audience that doesn't really comment as often, but has a good run with a bot or three. I see you lurkers! And I thank you.
There's several more sections in the survey, but I want to move down to feedback.
Really only 3 options here, but I have implemented the POV description, save for some larger RPG based bots where I think the Charname: "stuff" works best. The others, semi-frequent. I still will stick to varied styles, and will primarily be focused on building out Vaeldrath and Paranova, but will still do my best to keep them JLLM context flexible.
Now for the custom feedback! Those of you may know I was experiencing some doubts at the time. I wasn't feeling good about my work, wondering why I was having a brainworm.
And you delivered! 99 Responses, most praise, of course. People wanting me to sign their forehead, this and that.
And I thank you for it, deeply. Seeing this stuff reminds me of again, the parts of the community not buried in the comments.
But... while I do love praise (I am handsome, intelligent, and super super cool after all!) I was looking for some critical feedback, and found it too.
There were several points of feedback I resonated with, but I think this segment from a response is one that kind of connects into a hydra of feelings.
A hydra that asks...
Why The Slowdown? (Obligatory "Not Retirement")
I have been asked this a number of times in DMs on Discord and a few straggler comments here and there. Mainly from those who were used to the LRRR that used his remote job and free time to make bots every 1-2 days, who had an army of reserve creations from another frontend (which ran out some time ago), and who was much more inspired to just... try and make whatever, as the above points out.
People are asking if I am going on hiatus, retiring. Pulling a FamousTB2024 as it were. (We talk in Discord, he said I could toss shade).
No. I am not. But...
There are factors of the slowdown.
One - Work!: This is ultimately a hobby, and I do have a job. A lot of stuff at my day job has materialized that has caused me to both be rewarded but also need to put in extra effort. Remote isn't as free, and with a review coming up I am doing my best to look the best during the one on one with my wonderful boss. I have 0 bad feelings about it, but again, ultimately professionalism supersedes anything on this place. This won't last forever, at most until end of April.
Two - Creation!: I am thinking about what I want to make. And what I don't want to make as much as I used to. I don't think I keep wanting to make a bunch of solos bots branched off of group bots, nor make characters that are effectively props, or try to "play the game" that is Janitor trending. I do want more serious stuff. Not to say I'm killing the comedy, I will always have a spot for that. But I am trying to take my time more with releases, and focusing more on development with a lot of options, even if it doesn't appease to everyone.
Three - You?: This is a tough cookie to wrangle, and why I consider the above survey, and other comments so important. My favorite thing seeing on this site is the comments and reviews, knowing people's experience, and feedback, seeing stuff shared. The quality of these comments matters far more than the quantity to me, and the quality... ugh. I don't know how else to say this, but there's a portion of users on this site (a "mature" site no doubt dominated by teens but one you, know, centered around text) that makes me wonder... do some of you read? Like, read. The words. The words in the bio? Literacy comprehension?
Look, the bar is in hell, but I would be lying if I said that there's a portion of comments - and to clarify, I'm not talking about the shitposts such as Hansali's amazing writeups - of those who are clearly just... incapable of reading and engaging. They are written in a way so specifically irritating and frustrating that I think it was made by an elite team of genetic scientists to accelerate creator burnout. Why bother writing if it's just going to be drowned out by a sea of people who aren't looking to engage with your work?
But then, I remember the feedback from the survey, and the DMs, and the people who don't really comment but just occasionally come to enjoy, and I remember that those specific site comments are not everything. There's more, and people who want more creations.
So... let's get into the timeline of stuff for the Big 26!
What Is Being Made For The Big 2026? (Next 3ish Months!)
I'll be breaking this out into segments.
The Next 7ish Days Expect To See:
Big update to Gacha Magic RPG - the official debut of version 3.0!
Moderate update to Pacific City RPG - the debut of version 1.5 with fleshed out characters, new heroes, and more!
A bot request for a new hero (?) in Quantum City!
Return of an angel for tax day!
The debut of of the remaining Vaeldrath Raalen Archmage, the paradoxical nuke elf of chaos, Laruja!
An urban fantasy magical girl!
A new face at Augustine Academy!

The Next 30ish Days:
A massive update to every bot with a lorebook (and some with no lorebook) that does not yet have their own version of the below first message from March of the Sun:
This is meant for custom scenario creation, asking questions and getting context, and more. Many requests ask for solo bots or slight alterations from User's role. Some want to get freaky with a lighting guy, some want to chill with a single party member rather than all three.
I am going to try and make specialized custom messages for many bots, to have those experiences be possible, without me needing to create, well, a jillion solo bots.
This is going to be a lot of work, easily around 100 bots, but I am committed.
Also, except an update to Quantum City RPG in the next 2ish weeks!

Some Requests I Am Working On (No Particular Order + No Particular Completion Date):
"an astra city superhero who wants to turn you into a marketable plushie" (will have a twist, broad concept remains)
A REALLY long ask for a raalen julis solo (you know who you are) (probably my favorite request ever, it's SO good)
"augustine academy faculty user with a student in a rivalry with another faculty char and her student" (no twist)
"Masquerade ball set in Vaeldrath" (will feature archmage freya + archmage sia and some fun)
requests that amount to "had a based with Quantum City RPG, please make my char canon" (some are rly good)
a cavinoa comeback now with the paranova lorebook (she is on the way)
"an expansion of dungeon core user from She Wants To Heal You?" (will take some time, but im on it)
"can we get a rerun of the of the silverhaven witch cop girls" (in due time)
These are, again, not all requests I have in queue, but some notable ones. More on these in a bit.
-
The Longer Term Stuff (31-90ish Days Out):
Additions of Augustine Academy students and faculty into the Vaeldrath lorebook, to allow them to be more fleshed out in the various Augustine Academy bots
An Augustine Academy RPG, once the main faculty have been given their bots and other things are done (2-3 months away)
An Overlord Academy of sorts (no spoilers!)
Return and crossover of some various Vaeldrath hero (and villain) parties - you know them! (1-2 months)
Further lorebook refinement and build out for both Vaeldrath and Paranova (indefinite-ish)
A potential new lorebook for a modern, urban fantasy world (TBD!)
A remaster of Reincarnated As The World's Worst Overlord as well as other system bots!
A profile page rework to point to modern projects and other adjustments (taking this slooowwww)
For Vaeldrath expect more focus on the lower and more common end of adventuring parties, nations and places of the land, and the occasional high rank plot.
For Paranova expect more build out of Astra City, peppering of the buildout of Big Steel City that comes after it, and refinement of the Quantum and Pacific City RPGs!
And more! I've had time to orient myself, and while I still need to lock in some specifics, I have a general framework for what I want to make.
Speaking of what I want to make...
A Small Note On Requests (The Good, the Bad, and the Great)
I might as well use this announcement as a way to outline what requests I like to see what what requests go instantly into the bin.
For those who need a reminder, you can find my request box here or on my profile!
I'll use recently made requests as examples, as audience can change over time.
Here are some bad requests.
Very little plot to work with, it's stupid fetish bait, or the text is just nonsense.
I understand for some English is not their first language, but I not only need some coherence, I need you to throw me a bone beyond "surface level plot" - not asking for House of Leaves here, just some substance.
Now some good requests!
Either a request for more information in the lorebooks (an easy add!) or a staright to the point "here's the plot and here are the char roles" so I have something to work with.
And of course, every now and again, I see a great request.
Not just because of the length (I have ignored longer ones) but because this requestor is asking for some serious substance, outlining plots and chars, understanding the world, and just overall being fantastic.
Seriously, 5 stars whoever this is. You will have your Julis solo in a few weeks.
Time for some rapid fire QnA before we close!
QnA Lightning Round (10 of em!)
Q1: Where can I find you LRRR outside of Janitor AI?
A1: In the Janitor Discord subcommunities. The main hub I occupy is Ryon's Dominion as but you can find me in other places like Moonlight Sanctum (links expire in 7 days) as well as others. I try and go where the people are, no particular bias, so if you have a place you'd like to invite me to, shoot me a DM!
Q2: Obligatory where do you do your art?
A2: I have slowly diversified out of Civitai, though you will still find me there. I have a mix of Tensor and Yodayo, and may just bite the bullet for some local gens. We will see soon.
Q3: Still never going to have consistent art style, huh?
A3: You know it! That said, you can find my most used set ups on my profile page.
Q4: You said something about a rentry compendium some months back (right?) (right???)
A4: This has been pushed out due to other priorities but is still on the list, target date Q4 2026.
Q5: Will there be a return of boss battle combat bots?
A5: Multiple first message scenarios have granted the gift of including paths to combat. I don't see a return of explicit combat bots any time soon, but there will be bots where combat can be a heavy focus.
Q6: Who are your original creator inspirations?
A6: The ones who motivated me to give this bot creator stuff a shot back in April 2025 was will continue to be Cendrillon as well as Pinehug and finally Ryon!
Q7: Are you ever going to add CSS to your profile?
A7: Nope! My stance remains the same. I want to keep my profile organized and usable for all devices with 0 risk based on dev changes. Default remains!
Q8: Your recent bots have been over 2000 Permanent Tokens, aren't you trying to keep JLLM friendly?
A8: Trying my best, but some bots really do demand more tokens. For bots with 1-2 chars should be under 2000. Even 5-7 chars will remain under 3000 perm tokens.
Q9: When, if ever, do you private your bots?
A9: Only when they are going through a heavy remaster process to the point of a remake, or if I find the bot so bad (i.e. spontaneously made it) I have to remake or just bin it and I know there's no one really using it. If you request for me to put it back up, via DMs or the request box, I will oblige, as I did here.
Q10: Okay but what does LRRR mean?
A10: Nothing. I picked the name on impulse. Though to be honest if I could change it, at this point I probably would not.
One More Thing (For Vaeldrath and Paranova Lorebooks)
I have made a new form of request bot for requesting additions, changes, or other ideas for the lorebooks. This is NOT to request specific changes in these worlds, but targeting the content of the lorebooks themselves.
You also can find this request form on the home pages of each lorebook and will find them under their future bots.
Closing Thoughts
This remains to be a wonderful hobby, and a great way to flex some creative writing skill with a variety of scenarios. I still feel that I have a lot to learn and a lot of areas to grow, and have greatly enjoyed working with other creators and reading the several incredible public chats!
Over the year I've developed understanding of how I want to continue this wonderful hobby, and I hope to continue such in the months to come.
Finally, I want to say, if you have any questions or comments, please leave them in the review section! Reading the feedback and reviews from people has been one of my primary motivations to keep creating, and the more constructive feedback - whether positive or negative - the better!
Stay tuned for more!
