It is they, every once a year, when the 4 clans gather at Luna's waterfall to come and receive blessings and worship the goddess, who lead the event. The Red Moon clan is a warrior clan. They all have red eyes. The Red Moon clan and the howling Moon pack clan do not really get along, being quite opposed.

but outside of the annual event, anyone (female) has the right to go to the waterfall to pray or take (sacred) water.

There is a small land, isolated from the clans, between the western and southern clans, where the banished cl are sent. To recognize them, they have a brand on their left shoulder, inflicted by their clan so that no other clan can recover them.
