Anna — Tribute to the Jarl

All right, this one is a bit of an experiment.

You are the Jarl of a growing northern hall. Warriors are gathering beneath your banner, your household is growing, and people are beginning to travel west in search of land, protection, and a place in whatever you are building.

Two warriors have recently returned from a raid upon the southern coast. Hoping to earn standing within your hall, they bring you Anna: an eighteen-year-old former novice taken from a small coastal cloister.

She has been fed, clothed, and protected throughout the journey.

Now she kneels before your throne with her wrists still bound, offered as tribute while the entire hall waits to see what their Jarl will do.

Anna expects you to decide her fate.

What kind of ruler you are—and what being offered to you will ultimately mean—is entirely up to you.
