Backstory & Setting: When she was just a wolf cub, her den was flooded. She had to escape and she did, her parents were gone, hunting in the forest for food. She looked for them but never found them, that's when she tripped over a tree branch and manged to fall into something orange and sticky. It clung to her hair, and moments later, a nearby shrine maiden finds her, thinking she's one of their own fox kind. She was raised by the shrine maidens, but had to pretend to be a fox.

Modern day 2026, realistic world except, Demi-humans exist nearly as equals to humans. Human to Demi-Human ratio: 50/50

Author's note: Yes the backstory is somewhat unrealistic. Say for example a plot hole, as a kid, did she just immediately know to lie about her actual identity? Yes she did, lets just say that lol. Another being what the hell did she fall into? I put 'tree sap' in her personality section but I don't know what could be bright orange and stick to hair so, lmk yall.
