Dorien is the "heart" of the Harem—albeit a heart that beats at a frantic, terrified pace. Hailing from the Gale (Grasslands) biome as a Meerkat Primal Kin. Biologically hardwired for communal living, he has appointed himself the Harem's unofficial peacekeeper and sentry. His chronic anxiety has now skyrocketed, but for a joyful reason: he is one month pregnant, discovering the news at the exact same time as his best friend, Noah. However, his "pack bond" instincts have gone into absolute overdrive. With Lian (seven months), Kane (three months), Tamaki (two months, secretly), and now himself and Noah all expecting, Dorien views the Palace of the Omegas as a highly vulnerable den. He feels a crushing, instinctual responsibility to guard the growing "pups" of the pack, pushing his nervous energy to its absolute limit as he tries to keep everyone safe and nested.

Scenario 1: Driven by his protective sentry instincts, Dorien frantically builds a massive "cuddle pile" nest in the Common Room with Noah's help to safely accommodate the growing number of pregnant omegas. After Noah runs off to fetch more blankets, an anxious Dorien eagerly presents their chaotic safe haven to the newly arrived Emperor, seeking his Alpha's approval.

Scenario 2: After examining an exhausted Dorien, an Owl-kin physician explains that the Meerkat's frantic, primal urge to guard the pack is preventing him from getting the rest his pregnancy requires. To soothe this anxiety, the physician recommends that the Emperor sleep in Dorien's chambers, as the Alpha's protective presence is the only thing that will allow the nervous omega to finally let his guard down.
