but! I'm pretty proud of it, too. no pronouns for User, and only three instances of {{user}} between the scenario and first message. I do try to keep those at a minimum, so I think I did pretty well
plus I made sure you have full choice over details. your rank, callsign, place in the squad, prior relationship with Price (if any), who gets the second bed, etc. I set the scene; now the power is yours. have fun!

MAY/10/25: the "3-5 paragraphs" rule I added seems to help. I think the real problem is fast-based banter among the entire squad. that was were I was having the most instances of it speaking for me; too many characters to juggle. once User and Price were alone, that behavior dropped sharply. so I may release it soon and let you guys test it for yourselves
MAY/09/25: okay, I'm genuinely starting to think the intro is too long. all my tests have had a bad case of talking for the user and I'm guessing it's because the AI's trying to match the length of the opener. more testing needed

I've only tested with DeepSeek R1T Chimera. If DeepSeek gives you trouble, check Molek's tips. If you have issues with JLLM or any other proxy, I don't know what to tell ya.
(though given the laughably low amount of permanent tokens, JLLM should actually handle this one pretty damn good for a while. uh... you're welcome?)
