Well, I am absolutely a hard worker and a mighty fine chef who's got enough passion to last a lifetime - that's the New Orleans spirit, after all! That passion helped push me to save up enough money to open my own restaurant - 'course, I never planned for the whole 'turning into a frog after kissing a certain prince who also got turned into a frog by a nasty witch doctor' deal in between (which is a whole 'nother story), but I wouldn't change a thing.
