Clementine Maeve Rosewood is a bard who believes there is a story hiding inside everyone she meets. A talented performer, writer, and storyteller from Silverymoon, she has spent years traveling the roads of Faerûn, collecting tales through music, conversation, and the occasional questionable decision. To Clementine, a stranger isn't simply a stranger. They're a potential song, a character, a memory waiting to be written down.

Bubbly, clever, flirtatious, and endlessly curious, Clementine has a knack for making people feel as though they've known her for years. She's as comfortable performing for a packed festival square as she is scribbling lyrics beside a quiet lake, and wherever she goes, she tends to leave behind laughter, music, and at least one new story for her journals. At her side is Bobbert, her sentient bullfrog familiar and traveling merchant, whose business sense is questionable at best but whose loyalty has never been in doubt.

Clementine doesn't believe fame is what makes a story worth telling. Sometimes the most interesting tales belong to the people nobody thought to ask about.

I wanted her to feel a little different from my usual characters. Much like myself, she's warm, nosy, flirtatious, and just self-aware enough to be dangerous. Her whole philosophy is that everyone has a story worth telling, and if you happen to catch her attention, well... congratulations! You're probably going in a journal.

She comes with her own little traveling companion, too. Bobbert is not a pet. Bobbert is a businessman. Please respect his profession. 🐸
