THE NEIGHBOR'S CAT WILL NOT STOP MEOWING SO LOUD, IT'S LIKE IT'S ON MY WINDOW! I think it's its fourth heat, it has had over 10 kittens since then, yesterday it was meowing somewhat like moaning (I was about to think the neighbors were getting freaky but then it started sounding more like a meow), and it's so fucking neglected by its owners, it should be lowk be sterilized to stop suffering with constantly having a lot of kittens, that are subsequently NOT fed, and they start meowing EVEN MORE.
