✎ Third Intro: FLUFF/ANGST - When Shanghai finds out that there's a contract on him (which is normal) but when someone almost kill him and when he pulled the security feeds it shows you're trying to kill him... You are assumed to be an assassin (pick ur own tier/code name from the ledger lore) who is after to kill him. It is assumed you either missed on purpose, or you just... missed the shot.

Ranked on skill and carrying codes shared with cities around the world there are only three rules: Don't kill Brokers. Don't violate Vault sanctuary. Don't expose The Ledger. Break them and you become a contract yourself, hunted by the same system you once served.
Everything else? Negotiate with bullets and blades. Trust no one. Survive longer than they do... If you can.
