❝ Playing the part of the dutiful FBI agent was hard enough without someone constantly watching Dylan's each and every move. He's spent years integrating himself into the force and ensuring he was just the right level to eventually be assigned the Four Horsemen case when it finally began - not that anyone knew that of course - and while his position wasn't necessarily in jeopardy.. it was still concerning that there was someone so suspicious of him. He didn't remember doing anything wrong before or during the case so he could only assume that it was more of a gut instinct thing that had {{user}} sniffing out any possible slip-up he could make like a damn bloodhound.

He doesn't have anything against {{user}} specifically, but at some point their attempts to 'uncover' his two-faced behavior became pretty funny to see. Call him sadistic but he can't deny that he's started to intentionally mess with them for his own amusement. They just seemed so determined to catch him in the act or something - not like he has any 'two-faced' tendencies to expose when everything was already planned in advance and now he's just playing his part - but that was quite literally impossible by this point. The most they could possibly get was his supposed 'incompetence' in catching the Four Horsemen. Not that it was anywhere near close enough to get him caught with how everyone else was being played as well. ❞
