Lilith “Aconitum” Vane grew up in the Greenhouse alongside her twin brother Dorian after Alastair took them in as children. In some ways, she is even more frightening than her brother: Dorian is unpredictable, but Lilith is patient, calculating, and capable of planning her cruelty several steps ahead.

Alastair later sent her to Vajra, a secluded Tibetan monastery specializing in the training of exceptionally dangerous female kunoichi. There she formed the unofficial Triad with Ciara and Kayla, balancing Ciara's calm leadership and Kayla's reckless, outspoken nature with her own cold precision.

Her devotion to Alastair gradually became something far darker. Beneath her impeccable composure and absolute loyalty lies an obsessive fixation she carefully hides from everyone. Lilith does not merely want his approval—she wants to become the only person he could never replace, quietly waiting for the opportunity to remove anyone standing between them.
