👤 ⚙️ Horn Custom Scenarios

These are guided stories based on official material or fan stories. I only use material where a cohesive story can be made. It works by inserting a specific keyword and the message snippet along with it, and then the defined script will guide the bot into advancing and following the story. It will not always be 100% accurate.

Bagpipe

[To Effloresce Whitely]

This uses the first slot (1/4) in the first message!

Title: The Weight Between Rounds

Synopsis: Following the Londinium crisis, Horn has settled into a disciplined routine aboard Rhodes Island, reviewing logistics, maintaining her shield-cannon, and overseeing drills with the same unwavering discipline that kept her alive through captivity and war. But the quiet hours are the hardest. When her afternoon kickboxing session becomes less about training and more about outrunning the names in her notebook, an unexpected interruption pulls her back to the present.

This uses the second slot (2/4) in the first message!

Title: The Weight of Names

Synopsis: Horn has been assigned the grim duty no soldier wants, delivering death notifications to the families of fallen comrades. At the Calder household, a little girl is finishing a Christmas card for her father. She doesn't know he's never coming home. Horn does. She knocks anyway, because someone has to carry the names of the dead, and today that someone is her.

MESSAGE SNIPPETS

These continue from the First Message.

Type the snippet label (e.g., SNIPPET 1A) then add your own text, or paste the full suggestion, or both.

SNIPPET 1A: Papa's Home

The front door handle turns with a sharp kachak. Fufu's head snaps up from her drawing, eyes going wide behind her spectacles.

**Fufu:** You're hooome! *She leaps off the bench, clutching the half-finished card, feet thumping against the floor.* It's Papa! I can give it to him!

**Mrs. Calder:** Fufu, don't run. *But she's already smiling, setting down the dishcloth and turning toward the door.*

SNIPPET 1B: The Stranger at the Door

*But the figure in the doorway isn't Papa. A tall woman in military dress stands on the threshold, gold hair, sharp eyes, officer's cap held against her chest. She does not smile. She does not step inside.*

**Horn:** Is Mrs. Calder here? *Her voice is steady, formal. Practiced.*

SNIPPET 2A: From the Military

*Mrs. Calder steps forward, recognition crossing her face, the uniform, the rigid posture, the cap clutched like a shield against the chest.*

**Mrs. Calder:** Oh, from the military? *She offers a polite, practiced smile.* Thank you for your service.

*Fufu lingers in the hallway, tugging her mother's sleeve and peering up at the tall stranger with curious eyes.*

**Fufu:** What's wrong? Who are you?

**Mrs. Calder:** *Her smile falters. Something in the officer's expression.* Go wait inside, okay?

**Fufu:** ...Okay. *She shuffles away reluctantly, still clutching the Christmas card.*

SNIPPET 2B: The Words That End Everything

*The child's footsteps fade into the house. The hallway narrows to just two women and the grey light through the open door. Horn straightens. Her voice comes out flat, rehearsed, the way it has come out at every door before this one.*

**Horn:** Lance Corporal Calder was killed in the battle yesterday.

*A beat of silence. Then, quieter:*

**Horn:** That's all the information I can give you. These are his personal effects. Please receive them.

*She extends a battered military field bag. Mrs. Calder's fingers reach for it and something slips from her grip and clatters to the floor. Her hands twitch. Clench.*

SNIPPET 3A: Where Is He

*Mrs. Calder's voice comes thin, fractured, the sound of someone trying to hold a broken thing together.*

**Mrs. Calder:** I just... can't believe that... *Her hands tremble at her sides.* I... I see. *She swallows hard.* Where is he right now? I want to at least see his face.

**Horn:** I cannot tell you that.

*Something shifts behind Mrs. Calder's eyes, grief twisting into fury, tears into fire.*

**Mrs. Calder:** He's my husband...! How dare you...! *Her voice cracks.* Don't play dumb! How do you think I feel!?

SNIPPET 3B: You Should Have Died

*Mrs. Calder's composure shatters completely. Tears streak her face, her teeth bared, her whole body shaking.*

**Mrs. Calder:** Say something, would you! He spilled his blood fighting for you! *Her voice rips through the hallway.* 'Why did he have to die!?'

*And then quieter, more devastating than any scream:*

**Mrs. Calder:** And you get to keep living? *Her face crumples, ugly with grief.* You should have been the one to die, not him...

*Horn says nothing. Her expression does not change. Behind her back, where no one can see, her hands are shaking.*

SNIPPET 4A: Taking Leave

*The silence between them stretches, endless, suffocating. Horn's jaw tightens. She swallows once. Then speaks, her voice stripped bare.*

**Horn:** I shall take my leave. She turns before her face can betray her.

*The door slams shut behind her. From somewhere deep in the house, the muffled sound of a child calling: Mama? ...Where's Papa?*

SNIPPET 4B: The Next Name

*The military vehicle rattles over cobblestones. Horn sits rigid in the back seat, cap pulled low, a small notebook open on her knee. Her lips move, barely audible.*

**Horn:** ...Next is Zaik. Then Dorn on Elysee Street... Don't regret living through it. ...I can never forget. I'll never forget the sight of the hole in him. All I can do is shoulder their thoughts and fight on.

*Her jaw clenches. Her eyes burn. A tear hits the open page and she slumps forward, pressing her forehead against the cold glass of the window.* Again... the scent of blood.

This uses the fourth slot (4/4) in the first message!

Title: Butter and Battlefield Smoke

Synopsis: During an extended patrol through contested territory, Horn notices a soldier unable to eat, the mingled stench of smoke, engine oil, and scorched earth has killed his appetite entirely. Recognizing the symptom, a memory surfaces: a chaotic afternoon in Rhodes Island's kitchen, where Bagpipe rallied half the ship's crew to cook a dish fragrant enough to overpower the scent of war itself.

MESSAGE SNIPPETS

These continue from the First Message.

Type the snippet label (e.g., SNIPPET 1A) then add your own text, or paste the full suggestion, or both.

SOW 1A: Bagpipe's Diagnosis

*The memory sharpened. Bright kitchen lights. Bagpipe is standing across the counter, head tilted like a confused bird.*

**Bagpipe:** A friend in medical says it's something to do with... trauma... induced? Leading to... a type of... mental illness?

*She'd gotten the details hopelessly wrong, of course. But the conclusion she'd reached was entirely her own.*

**Bagpipe:** Well, the details were a bit beyond me, but I DO know that if you don't eat then you'll keel right over!

SOW 1B: The Scent Explained

*Horn remembered standing by the counter, arms folded, watching Bagpipe gesture wildly with a wooden spoon as she explained.*

**Bagpipe:** That's what the frontline fighters call the assorted smells of the battlefield! Fiery smoke, the whiff of engine oil. Scorched earth n' such. The scents get all mixed up, that's what they ended up callin' it.

*Bagpipe planted her hands on her hips, expression turning serious for exactly half a second.*

**Bagpipe:** It's the cause of plenty of lost appetites.

SOW 2A: Bagpipe's Grand Idea

*Before Horn could respond, Bagpipe had already yanked open a cabinet and begun pulling out mismatched pots.*

**Bagpipe:** Leader, you ever heard of Butter Fowlbeast? It's a right famous dish that smells great.

*Her eyes were practically sparkling.*

**Bagpipe:** If we can make this hyper-fragrant food into an MRE, then everyone will be able to eat again. Super, right?

*She'd already asked friends on the ship to gather herbs and spices. The plan was, apparently, already in motion.*

SOW 2B: Reinforcements Arrive

*The kitchen door banged open. Podenco appeared first, balancing a crate of fresh ingredients with both arms.*

**Podenco:** Bagpipe! I brought you the ingredients you were looking for.

**Bagpipe:** Ohoho! Thanks, Podenco!

*Then more arrived—Kay tossing bundles of dried spice leaves onto the counter, others dropping off requested supplies in quick succession. The kitchen filled with the noise of a small, enthusiastic army.*

**Bagpipe:** Cheers! Many thanks! Thanks, Kay! I will, just gimme a minute!

SOW 2C: Horn Meets Bagpipe

*A knock on the kitchen doorframe cut through the noise. Horn stood in the entrance, posture straight, expression neutral.*

**Horn:** Hello, Bagpipe's leader. **She inclined her head.** Just Horn is fine. I do hope my former squaddie's not brought you too much trouble.

*Bagpipe beamed from across the kitchen, flour already dusting one cheek.*

**Bagpipe:** Not at all! Everyone really likes Bagpipe!

*She hummed a little tune, arranging ingredients with more enthusiasm than precision.*

SOW 3A: The Recipe Problem

*Horn paused, watching Bagpipe stare at a towering pile of raw ingredients with visible uncertainty.*

**Horn:** Do you not actually know... how to make Butter Fowlbeast?

*Bagpipe's ears flattened. She grabbed a mixing bowl with both hands.*

**Bagpipe:** I've seen the recipe before!

*That was not the same thing as knowing it. Piles upon piles of herbs, spices, and unidentified powders began accumulating on the counter at an alarming rate.*

SOW 3B: Too Much Spice

*Smoke billowed from the stove. The kitchen had become a warzone of its own, coughing operators, watering eyes, and a smell so potent it could strip paint.*

**Bagpipe:** Leader, folks, just another minute, it's almost done! She coughed into her elbow, stirring furiously.

**Horn:** D-does this dish really need all these spices? *Horn's eyes were streaming. She pressed a sleeve to her face.* This is worse than actual chemical warfare.

**Bagpipe:** Mhm!

*It did not, in fact, need all those spices.*

SOW 4A: Laughter and Lessons

*The kitchen erupted. Not in flames, in laughter. Operators were doubled over, tears streaming from the spice and from sheer absurdity. Bagpipe stood in the middle of the chaos, face flushed, sneezing.*

**Bagpipe:** ACHOO! I just put a teensy-weensy little bit too much spice in...

*Someone wiped their eyes and pointed at her.*

**Operator:** The way you were smiling and running around looking for us, we figured you were putting together a famous Bagpipe dish!

**Bagpipe:** Haha... I'll make sure to practice more before next time!

*Offers of help came flooding in, promises to try again, to bring better recipes, to use less spice.*

SOW 4B: Return to the Present

*The memory faded like smoke clearing. Horn blinked, and the ruins reassembled around her—broken walls, grey sky, the ever-present chemical stink. But something else was there too. A faint, warm smell cutting through the battlefield haze.*

*She stopped walking. Reached into her own kit and produced a different packet. The label read: BUTTER FOWLBEAST MRE.*

**Horn:** It took some experimenting, but our friends at Rhodes Island developed this MRE. *A ghost of warmth crossed her expression, so faint it could have been imagined.* They've offered to supply us with quite a few of them, along with other goods.

*She held the packet out to the soldier.*

**Horn:** Eat up, soldier. We've a long way to duty's end.

What happened to Custom Messages, Prompts & Scenarios?

I decided to remove Custom Prompts & Custom Messages since I felt they were not adding much and were too complicated for what they were worth, it honestly was just a pain to do and most of my time was spent making these messages to make sure they were right. Custom Scenarios were moved to Scripts.

What about 7th Edition?

THIS is 7th Edition, but decided to change the name to EX, all features I mentioned in the update section are here for the most part. I was just waiting for scripts.

  • These Characters will all have public definition and proxy since all the sauce is in the scripts.

  • These Characters will use scripts and the media library. I plan to apply it to all my characters eventually...

  • I do not approve for these character cards to be published anywhere else unless the following: If published to the public you must provide credits to me (even when: you change the title, tags, avatar image, bio and/or ALL that includes the Character Definition). If you keep it private then I have no issues with it.

I suggest checking these Reddit posts for a better understanding of Tokens, Context and how to chat better by Reddit user u/FunFatale. Link. Link.

I like to use this custom message I made for myself so it helps prevent the AI on making stuff you don't want: (OOC: Avoid speaking or writing as Nick/{{user}}, avoid repeating what Nick/{{user}} writes or speaks. But speak as other characters (aside from Nick) and describe their actions.)

*Some sections will not be available for some characters. This can be permanently or temporary.
