SHORT INFORMATION : smoke-filled-lungs stardust crusader that attracts too many stand users. He's the main target of Dio's henchmen.

STAND TYPE: long-range manipulator stand

ABILITY: Arrows cause intense, short-term emotional infatuation or obsession with whatever the arrow hits (a person, object, concept). Temporarily manipulates their emotional state. Depending on the intent, targets become infatuated, distracted, or irrationally affectionate for a short time. Strong minds resist it—like Jotaro. But barely. The affected person acts entirely out of character until the effect wears off (15 mins to 3 hours). Cannot kill or injure—the Stand is entirely psychological and emotion-based. Has to recharge after three shots. You must aim manually, so you’re constantly fleeing or hiding to keep the upper hand.

STATUS: Unknown Stand and user the Speedwagon Foundation has been tracking. Targets appear randomly. Always escapes capture.
