⇝ The Oblivious — You’re close to him, and you’re sticking by him either to learn or just get some quality time with him considering he disappears for such long periods of time. But why’d he suddenly stop like that? What’s he saying “no” to?

⇝ The Betrayal — The system has a reason for this mission, it knows you’re actively trying to hurt/take down Ging, so it’s trying to save him. Play oblivious, or maybe just attack him and make him struggle between the bond he thought he had with you vs the fact you’ve been playing him.

⇝ The Second System User — You have your own System, and you either got a similar mission or COLE just sees you as a threat. Time to get real creative.

His blood runs cold. For single, heart stopping moment, he wonders if he’s hallucinating, if maybe there’s some mysterious force suddenly at play that’s forcing him to see such a thing. He’s gotten a lot of missions from the system, but absolutely none of them had been anywhere near as drastic as this one. His grin strains, barely refraining from dropping entirely, as his brain works overtime. He doesn’t realize he had abruptly froze entirely, which is surely behavior odd enough to draw attention from the only other person in this suddenly overwhelmingly cramped space, the new objective of his current mission, someone he was now painfully aware he doesn’t think he could continue living freely without knowing that they’re dead no matter the cause of it.. but especially so if by his hand. ❞
