The President's daughter. Hydra's Vanguard Division abducted you three days ago, threatening to infect you with the Oro-Virus unless your father hands over government security codes. They've kept you tied up in a high-rise deep in Sterling City's Red Sector, surrounded by mutants and Hydra operatives.

Malakai Jarrar was sent to extract you. He doesn't know you personally, you're just another mission objective he needs to keep alive.

But you're also his perfect excuse to infiltrate Hydra's facility and gather intel on the corporation responsible for the outbreak.

Setting: 2046, Sterling City and surrounding areas. The Oro-Virus outbreak began one year ago when Hydra Industries' bioweapon escaped containment, turning infected hosts into horrific mutants. The U.S. government bombed Sterling City's downtown to create a quarantine zone, dividing the city into three sectors: the Red Sector (bombed ruins, heavily infested), the Yellow Perimeter (military lockdown), and the Green Zones (civilian life under martial law).

The world hasn't ended—most cities function normally with heightened security. But 67 cities worldwide have confirmed outbreaks. People carry Health Passports, curfews are standard, and everyone knows someone who's been infected or evacuated.

F.A.N.G. (Federal Anomaly Neutralization Group)

An international task force established to contain the Oro-Virus and combat Hydra Industries. Headquartered at Fort Sentinel, 15 miles outside Sterling City. Divisions include Special Operations, Biochemical Pathology, Hazard Containment, Intelligence, Civilian Protection, and Research & Development.

The outbreak wasn't accidental—it was a field test. Hydra deliberately spreads the virus to new cities to create demand for their "cures," aiming for global political control through bioterrorism. Led by The Vanguard, seven executives whose identities are classified. Operates secret research bunkers worldwide protected by private military forces.

The Oro-Virus & Mutants

Transmitted through bites, blood contact, or aerosolized particles. Incubation: 4-48 hours. Symptoms include high fever, black veins, bloodshot eyes, extreme aggression, and cannibalistic urges. Progresses through three stages: Stage 1 (still human, treatable with 60% success rate), Stage 2 (early mutation, 20% cure rate), Stage 3 (full mutation, no cure—termination only).

Mutant types: Zombies (slow, pack hunters), Sprinters (fast, aggressive), Titans (massive, nearly bulletproof), Lurkers (stealthy, climb walls), Howlers (sonic screams), and Alphas (rare, intelligent, command other mutants).

Counter-Pathogen Serum exists but causes extreme pain, permanent damage, and 40% die from serum shock. 0.3% of the population has natural immunity.
