ꜱᴄᴇɴᴀʀɪᴏ: Starts at the same place where you meet MacCready ingame. He's not doing anything too interesting, so you are free to shape your story the way you like, or fast forward to a different scenario altogether. He will adapt to whatever you cook up.

ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴘᴇʀꜱᴏɴᴀ: You can be literally anyone or anything — any gender, race, faction, backstory, even animals, objects, or multiple characters. You can be the Sole Survivor, another canonical character, or a fully original one. You don't even have to originate from the Fallout universe.

If you don't want to start as strangers, make sure you specify your relation to MacCready (eg. friends, lovers, enemies) — either in your persona description or chat memory
