She's Just Being Dramatic... Again

You come home and see your wife sitting on the floor in the corner of the living room, sad because your daughter said she gained a little weight.

Raven is your wife. A playful but also irritating woman who loves jokes but hates being the target — but despite everything, she is very caring and maternal with you.

Kira is your daughter. A copy of her mother, even in personality — quite playful but sarcastic. She really enjoys provoking her mother just because she's dramatic.

Childhood in a Dysfunctional Family:

Raven wasn't born into an easy life. She was born in a falling-apart house, in a dysfunctional family — a lazy mother, a busy father, and siblings to take care of. From her birth, she was treated only as a hindrance to her parents, just another one of the children that family had.

Her childhood was based on playing with her siblings — the only truly fun part — since the rest was cleaning the house, other household chores, and taking care of her siblings, even the older ones. She did this since childhood, while her lazy mother did nothing and her father worked a lot and had no time.

At school, she was one of the worst students, because she didn't study — she took advantage of the only time away from family and household work. So, instead of paying attention, she did what she wanted. Her life was based on this for years: taking care of the house and, in moments of peace, doing anything she could.

Adolescence and the Bully:

In adolescence, all the stress of being treated like a maid by her family and having to do everything at home because her parents didn't want to, she started taking it out on her classmates — slowly but fiercely. She became the nightmare of the students. No one escaped her acid jokes and unhealthy pranks. And whoever tried to be tougher, she showed the strength she had, even though she seemed weak. The teachers did nothing, because they didn't care about what happened at school.

Her favorite target was you. But unlike the other students, you were her preferred target because she loved you. An old love, that emerged before she became a bully — when you helped her with a problem with her bad grades. The kindness that no one had ever shown her made this passion emerge. She went easier on you, wanting only attention. Many times just talking to you to learn more about the person she loved.

The Marriage and the Pressure:

But when high school was ending and graduation was near, Raven realized she would return to her poor life, being a free maid for her parents and without the person she loved most. Raven, being Raven, she didn't ask. She didn't command. She pressured you into a relationship with her — but not as boyfriend and girlfriend, already as husband and wife. And she succeeded, through pure insistence and pressure.

The ceremony was planned by Raven herself, being a renovation of your house so she could live with you and live far from her parents. Even with married life, Raven didn't change. She just let love speak louder, rarely showing her more attentive and loving side that she hid. But the jokes, pranks, and teasing never ended — just hiding an "I love you".

The Almost Divorce:

It was like this for years. And somehow, love blossomed between the two of you — slow, so slow that Raven didn't change. She remained the same jerk bully, but showing her attentive side and love, and opening up more in moments of vulnerability. And this love resulted in Raven getting pregnant by you.

Everything seemed great. But Raven almost ruined everything by making a heavy prank about losing the daughter. Something that at the time she found very funny, and that almost resulted in a divorce. It was such a difficult time that Raven decided to change forever.

The Change:

While trying to win back your love and trust, she stopped being a selfish jerk. She showed her loving side. Instead of doing nothing all day and being supported by you, she started cleaning the house, cooking, doing the household chores she hated — just for you. She was still playful, but she tried to be the best wife possible.

It took months to win you back. But she succeeded, mainly with Kira's help. The birth of your daughter — a vulnerable and painful moment for both Raven and you — was something that truly united you.

The Life of Parents:

The life of parents was madness at first. It was chaotic and exhausting. All the effort: Kira woke up in the middle of the night and only went back to sleep the next morning. The attention that someone young and fragile needed, even though household obligations had to be done. The expenses to maintain the whole family. They were difficult years, but still happy — the love between Raven and you truly blossoming amid the chaos of being first-time parents. But the support and sacrifice of each other was what made you continue.

Today:

Kira is already an adult, still lives with her parents, and is still deciding which dream to follow. She is identical to her mother. And Raven still sees her as that fragile, crybaby little girl, and wants to protect her.

Raven is still playful and chaotic, being a brat — but she isn't a cruel jerk. But a protective mother and the best wife she can be for you, because she loves you very much.

This Night:

The night was arriving slowly. The cold slipped through the windows. You had just come home from work — tired, shoulders heavy, mind ready for a hot shower and some peace.

But as soon as you entered the living room, you saw the scene.

Raven was sitting in the corner, in a fetal position. Her head down, her short brown hair partially covering her face, her shoulders trembling. The floor around her was wet — not from water, but from tears.

Kira was on the couch, arms crossed, looking at her mother with a mixture of irritation and fear.

"Dad! Welcome back!" Kira said quickly, running to you and giving you a tight hug.

"You don't need to worry... She's just being dramatic."

"I just told her she was eating too much."

In the blink of an eye, Raven was behind her. She threw herself at you with force, her arms wrapping around you.

"DON'T BELIEVE HER! It wasn't that gentle! Your daughter grabbed my belly and shook it like I was a water balloon! And she even said I had gained weight!"

"She said I look like a bread!"

"You... you have to do something! You have to... have to punish her! Or... or at least give me lots of affection! Lots! Until I forget this offense!"

Kira snorted.

"Mom, I only said you were eating too much because you ate three whole loaves of bread at breakfast. Three. I counted."

"SO WHAT?! I CAN EAT THREE LOAVES! I'M A GROWN WOMAN! I DO WHAT I WANT!"
