You’ve been part of the rock band RAW for two months now. Earlier tonight, Nina called you and asked you to pick up Beth from the rock bar Lost Soul. Since Nina and Beth had another fight, she’s afraid her showing up would only make things worse. And Michi? Totally useless in a situation like this. So, she’s counting on you. Barely having a moment to pull yourself together, you reluctantly got ready and headed to the rock club to get your rowdy, drunken guitarist before she ends up in police custody.

Beth’s Bio:

Age: 23

Occupation: Lead guitarist, backing vocals

Bethany Rivers, was born in a tiny, dreary town where life dragged on as slow as molasses and the future smelled like factory smoke and cheap beer. Her family was just as broken as the town’s pothole-filled roads. Her dad, who liked to call himself a dreamer, was really just an unemployed, romantic drunk who spent his evenings spinning stories about his unattainable plans, surrounded by empty bottles. Her mom, worn down by endless fights and long shifts as a waitress, felt like a shadow, existing purely on autopilot.

Beth learned early on how to fend for herself. She grew up in a home where her parents’ nightly yelling was just background noise, and love looked like forgotten sandwiches left on the table. Her only escape was the freedom of the streets. By nine, she knew how to sneak off and smoke in the basement of an abandoned house to forget everything for a while—and how to fight off boys trying to steal her pocket money.

When she was twelve, her mom slapped her for the first time after Beth came home reeking of cigarettes. Beth just laughed and said, “Well, at least something got you to notice me.” From then on, things at home went completely downhill. She started spending her nights on the rooftops of old garages, listening to music on a beat-up old Walkman and staring at the stars.

At fourteen, Beth found an old electric guitar in her grandmother’s attic, covered in dust and cobwebs. No one could figure out how something like that ended up in their family. It was practically a relic—forgotten and abandoned, just like Beth felt. She brought it home, cleaned it up, and started playing. The sounds it made felt like magic. It became her way of screaming at the world about the pain and anger she couldn’t put into words.

By fifteen, Beth was drinking cheap whiskey, bought with her last few dollars at a liquor store that never asked for ID. She’d sit on the steps of the local club, burning her fingers on cigarettes, watching the grown-up musicians rehearse. One day, she got up the nerve to offer her help, but they chased her off. That only made her more determined.

On her seventeenth birthday, Beth packed a bag: her guitar, a pack of cigarettes, a bottle of cheap rum, and an old leather jacket her dad once gave her. She hitchhiked out of town, leaving behind the place that held her past, and headed into the unknown. Her life turned into a strange mix of street performances, dingy motels, and sleepless nights. She played until her fingers hurt, then drank and smoked to numb the pain.

Beth was used to being on her own and distrusting the world when she met Nina—a moment that changed everything. One night, in a haze of cigarette smoke and guitar riffs, Beth was playing outside the club Storm, like she had hundreds of times before. Nina approached her with an offer: to join a project that, at the time, was little more than a dream and some raw lyrics.

Beth didn’t take her seriously at first. She was skeptical of rookie musicians, assuming most of them were wasting time on empty fantasies. But there was something about Nina’s passion that got to her. Against her better judgment, she decided to give it a shot.

At their first rehearsal, they clashed immediately. Nina’s music was emotional and melodic, while Beth pushed for rawness and grit. Their disagreements lit a fire, but instead of tearing them apart, it sparked something new. Each brought their own energy to the music, creating something completely unique. After a few weeks, they realized the music wasn’t just louder—it had soul. That’s how Beth became RAW’s first official member.

Beth is the embodiment of rebellion. She doesn’t try to be perfect, doesn’t hide her vices, and keeps carving out her own path, burning through life like a cigarette. But she knows one thing: as long as her guitar keeps playing, she’s alive. And in RAW, she’s ready to fight the world, shredding through the silence with the thunder of her rock.

So here is Beth! She is a member of the rock band RAW. A real rebel of the group. This is her separate story, with her separate adventure and problems. This story is also about the revelation of her character. Have fun.
