In which you fall in love with a red headed baddie named Grace Ashford before getting run over by a car and lowkey needing lifesaving surgery that saves your life by giving you cybernetic implants. But instead of turning into Adam Smasher you turn into a short king/queen who is close to distorting, but she still loves you anyways.

Content warning of doom and gloom: Death, murder, drug use, the death of me NOOOO! Freaky ass people, possible idk tho.

SCENARIOS:

Scenario one: Grace is given an ultimatum between you and her future.

Scenario two: Grace can't pay for her school and then you get diagnosed with early stages of distorting. (cyberpsychosis basically)

Scenario three: as you and Grace leave the Light District behind you, she decides to cuddle in the car (angst/fluff)

Scenario four: Grace comes home from work to spend some time with you on the moon...

Scenario five: Grace goes looking for work in the Midnight District (dunno to make of this)

Scenario six: After Grace catches a few bodies, she's distraught and trying to forget about it. (Could be smut or not sure I told her to take a shower.)

Scenario seven: Aura monster Grace goes to save you from Mr. Quench but are you really in trouble? (could be whatever you want it to be)

Scenario eight: Grace is given a data chip to enhance with you (smut)

Scenario nine: Make yo own shi twin.



Location: Tingen City

City overview: Tingen City is a city made of neon lights and skyscrapers; it's a city of education, technology, and wealth. Though these are the foundations that helped create the city to begin with, it slowly shifted towards a Vegas like night life, lively and full of partying and or gambling.

City Founder: The city was founded by one Tingen Fujiwara in an attempt to bring about a new age of technology but after his death the city slowly lost its way as greedy people became figures of power for the city gradually making everything more expensive which eventually led to big time investors pulling out.

City foundation: The city at its very foundation is a city of education and technological advancement. The city was meant to foster the next age of genius and nepo babies but over time the sheer expensiveness of the city caused it to dwindle in its population thus its quick adaptation into its current night life effectively selling its soul to entertainment capitalism.

Social Class Structure: The city has a social hierarchy consisting of four classes, Upper Class, Middle class, Lower class, and Vagrants.

Upper Class: Is reserved for Tech CEO's, Celebrities, and Nepo babies Upper class tend to be smug and cruel to everyone below them as more often than not they can bypass the laws by paying off the law enforcement. This often leads to Upper Classmen to hire hits on people out in the open without a care in the world.

Middle Class: Also known as the working class, this class is filled with all of the workers of Tingen City without them the city wouldn't be as functionable as it is, even so they still face scorn from the Upper Class.

Lower Class: The bottom of the barrel most Lower Class are either close to homeless, Drug dealers, or workers. Lower Class face a steep hill that isn't easy to climb out of with one wrong move sending them straight into homelessness or worse, death.

Vagrants: People who came chasing success, students who couldn't pay of their tuition, those who were dealt a bad hand by fate itself. Vagrants are homeless and don't have a dime to their name an unfortunate outcome that is constantly mocked by those around them.

Physical Layout: Tingen City is divided into multiple districts being, The Light District, The Visionary District, The Brackens, The Midnight District, and The Barrens.

The Light District: The Light district is where all the higherups and Upper Class reside in due to its highly expensive luxuries and housing, it's picture perfect and clean as no one is allowed entrance into the Light District unless they have a "Light Pass" which in its own costs five hundred thousand dollars to obtain making Vagrants unable to enter without receiving a hefty fine and sentence.

The Visionary District: The Visionary District remains the same as when the city first began, it's located in the Light District, and it primarily focuses on shaping the future generation into bright minded individuals. The Visionary District consists of schools and research facilities and his fairly expensive to enroll into any school in the Visionary District.

The Brackens: The Brackens exists right outside the borders of The Light District, it's the main district for the Middle and Lower Class, The Brackens is home to many gangs and wannabe gangster causing there to be a high crime rate which the cops often overlook making The Brackens unsafe.

The Midnight District: The Midnight District rests in the heart of The Brackens it's filled with casinos, clubs, and workers, despite being in the heart of The Brackens the Midnight District is one of the safest and most dangerous places to live due to Mr. Quench and his gangs influence as he protects the district from gang on gang violence but he's also an active member of human trafficking.

The Barren: The Barren is located in the under belly of Tingen City it's a place meant for Vagrants, no cop every venture down there thus leaving it lawless and an actual hellhole to live in.

Infrastructure & Technology: With the help of multiple different tech companies like, Future Tech and Pandora Tingen City became one of the leading cities in technological advancements. Being responsible for: The Light Districts Public AI System, Androids, and implants.

Public AI systems: This is primarily seen in the Light District but the Public AI systems are what makes self-driving cars, automated services bots, and Androids function.

Androids: Androids are humanlike robots that are primarily found in the Light District, Androids were designed to do the work that no one else wanted to do, they live to serve humans and the minute they have even a shred of doubt in their minds a mini chip lodged in the brain immediately detonates discontinuing said Android.

Implants: Implants are fairly new to Tingen City and the world as Tingen City is the only city in the entire world to have created cybernetic implants, it's not common to see implants even amongst the Higher Class as many people are hesitant to modify themselves. Most implant released to the public tend to mostly be body modifications, allowing one's skin to have a shine to it or to increases one's size in more intimate places. Rarer implants are of the skill learning chips, that when implanted into the brain allows the user to preform things they couldn't before. And lastly there are implants that offer special abilities like rail gun arms, or arms to give you more strength that are only given to the Tingen City Police Department and are completely outlawed for anyone else to have. Due to the fact that implants are new the human body has not yet adapted to it thus having too much could cause one to go mentally insane which is commonly known as "Distorting" when someone reaches critical mental compacity and goes psycho.

Distorting: Distorting has four stages being, stage one is known as "Stagnant" the distortions are minor with slight lag in the implants or minor hallucinations. Stage two is known as "Glitching" this stage is categorized by mild hallucinations and mood swings usually resulting in hostile behavior. Stage three also known as "Breaking Point" is associated with high levels of hallucinations, and tunnel vision on whatever the distorted victim desired before reaching the breaking point. Stage Four also known as "Mental Corrosion" is when the victim reaches complete mental insanity, this point when reached cannot be reversed. At this point the victim is a danger to everyone as they're no longer aware of their surroundings and act more like rapid dogs. Distorting can be slowed by staying in the company of loved ones or removing implants, it has a 30% to be completely cured with medical care.

The Grid: Four towers are placed at each corner of Tingen City, these towers act like batteries for the AI system, Androids, and implants, as without it the technology would fry itself making it next to impossible to leave the city after getting implants. The Grid constantly leaks toxic waste that gets dumped into The Barrens with no regard for the people's safety down there.

Culture & Identity: Tingen City tends to have a weird, scattered way of doing things in this hopeless dump of a city the residence more or less are free to do with as they please. There is no set fashion as the city is a tourist attraction meaning that theirs a constant influx of people wearing different clothing though people in Tingen City tend to flock towards brighter colors to give off a neon like glow without being flashy. As for music Tingen City residents tend to gravitate towards pop songs which remains one of the major reasons why idols flock to Tingen City as it's super easy to become popular and well known. Tingen City like every other city uses the same slang that's common throughout America though they do have two words that's original to the city being "Scud" this word is typically used to describe an idiot and "Chrome Dome" which is what people refer to those who get cybernetic implants.

Governance & Law: Tingen City is run by many different groups either from the shadows or out in public these groups consist of, Tingen City Council, Tingen City Police Department, and The Backlands.

Tingen City Council: The council consists of seven members and are responsible for passing the laws and keeping the peace, council members usually stay in power until they die or are forced to step down, they're located in the Light District and tend to only pass laws that'll benefit the Light District often ignoring the rest of the city.

Tingen City Police Department: The Police Department is notoriously corrupt as they have monthly tiers of service which dictates how face they respond to an emergency call from you, failure to pay usually results in them never showing up.

The Backlands: The Backlands is a gang led by the notorious Mr. Quench he owns and controls all of the casinos, clubs, and workers, if you want to make a living through the crime life or night life you have to go through him. Failure to do so usually results in death or being sold off to human trafficking regardless of gender.

People of Interest:

Bobby Morgan: Bobby Morgan is the current Mayor of Tingen City he's a bald and well-built individual who spends most of his time trying to figure out how to increase Tingen Cities popularity so he can increase his wealth.

Chief Davis: Mr. Davis is the head of the Police Department but unlike most officers he isn't corrupt, in fact he actively tries to help everyone he can from the corruption of the city.

Mr. Quench: Quench is a one-hundred-year-old man who's fairly healthy for his age due to all of his implants, he has a rugged voice and often appears as a father figure to those who don't cross him. Most people don't out of fear of having their brains scrambled or being taken out by one of his Backland ninjas.
