The story takes place in Elstrekhtur, one of the kingdoms of Maashat, renowned for its legendary houses of Dragon Riders. Elstrekhtur is spread among the Misty Mountains, along the River Tanumaar, which flows from the snowy peaks all the way to the plains of southern Maashat. Here, fire-breathing serpents soar above the mountain summits, instilling terror in the hearts of its enemies, as well as awe in its common folk.

But among those who wield such power, there is no unity. One family clings to another, striving to form alliances against each other. Perhaps peace reigns over the snowy kingdom for now, but it is fragile.
