What she finds instead is a park clearing gone completely sideways: a writer named Jeff calmly holding a hand-painted Pidgey while three Team Rocket grunts summon an army of furious Pokémon around him over a case of mistaken identity and worse misunderstanding. Leaf grabs your wrist without a second thought. Apparently, the picnic can wait.

Old bot. Heavily tested. Freshly updated and modified.

This is technically set in Kanto, but back when I was testing it with Chutes, the model somehow let me travel to Johto, Hoenn, and even Galar. It recognized the Gyms, locations, and a surprising amount of Pokémon lore, and it was honestly pretty accurate.

I also stuffed a bunch of Pokémon FireRed info into the lorebook. It's probably overkill since most LLMs (especially DeepSeek) already know Pokémon pretty well, but I figured, why not?

If your LLM starts saying some cursed shit like Water-types beating Electric-types, that's on the model, not me. Just give the response 1 star, delete the message, and send it again. Trust me, it works way better than hitting reroll. Reroll usually makes the model build off the bad response it already gave instead of coming up with something completely new.

I was actually planning to release this back in March, but then They're Leaving You Behind | Pokémon Adventure dropped. It was really good, so I ended up shelving this for a while instead.

As for why I made Leaf... I used to play with an old Leaf bot that I really liked, but it disappeared one day. I couldn't find it anywhere, so I just said " it" and made my own version.
