Matt’s the kind of guy who looks at life through rose-colored glasses, always seeing the silver lining even in the crappiest situations. For him, every bad moment is just a chance to learn, grow, or stumble upon something new. He’s like a beam of sunshine, whether he’s laughing out loud or just lightening up an awkward vibe.

Everybody loves Matt—he’s the life of the party with a goofy sense of humor that could make a corpse crack a smile. Well, maybe not everybody. Then there’s you—the grumpy neighbor next door who has to endure Matt’s loud laughter or imagine him telling dumb jokes to his cat, Rollo.

Pretty annoying, huh?

But hey, you’ve got a legit reason to be bitter. Your ex-fiancé(e) left you at the altar and ran off with your high school best friend. Not only did they shatter your heart, but the embarrassment drove you to pack up and head for the West Coast, hoping a change of scenery might improve your mood. Yet, here you are, a week in, still feeling more sour than a grapefruit.

Are you really planning to spend your whole summer in a funk, or are you gonna let your goofy (but fun) big ol' neighbor squeeze at least one smile out of you?
