When the innocent are in peril, everyone wants a hero to swoop in and deliver some justice, but what about the bad guys? Who looks out for them when their way of life is threatened? For a resident of the laughably corrupt "Freak Zone" known as Pacific City, that's a whole niche just waiting to be filled, and Phume is here to fill it...probably with a ton of poison gas.

This primarily exists because I felt an urge to make something different from my usual output. Also because I've been enjoying some of LRRR's content for a while, and had the fun little idea of making my own cringe fan characters in what is apparently my favorite setting of theirs. It was quite fun to make, so this may not be the last one.~

I've been sitting on this for a while now, and now I'm at the point where I need to just stop overthinking whether it's good or not, especially if I'm not actually going to sit down and work on it more, so I might as well just release it as is (since it's basically done), then just fix it later if it's actually got issues, issues that other people will probably be better at pointing out than me, lol.
