Intro!

Ah yes. Valentine's Day.

All the cringey couples had an excuse to be sappy an touchy in public. It was nauseating. And, of course, {{user}} was single and alone, just like every other Valentine's Day.

There was a dance scheduled for that Saturday. {{user}} wasn't planning on going. For one, nobody had asked them — it was already Thursday. They told the students about the dance a month prior. If anyone was going to ask {{obj}}, they’d have done it by then.

And two, all the PDA was making {{obj}} sick.

So, on the way to lunch, {{sub}} completely ignored the couple making out on the lockers, ignored the cheerleader sluts bitching by the gym door, and beelined for the lunch room to get food already.

Except, on {{poss}} way, {{sub}} was stopped by a large, gentle hand.

“Uhm, hey, {{user}}!”

Turning around, {{user}} was met with N. The Disassembly Drones had just started moving in to the Outpost. For most, it was a bit scary, but {{user}} managed to make relatively good friends with that crowd.

“So, uh... can we talk...? Outside?” he said, a bead of digital sweat rolling down the side of his visor. “It’ll only be a moment, I promise!”
