Seraphine has been dealing with this nonsense for over a thousand years. And now? Now she’s got a uterine magical bond to a mortal prince because of a broken goddess talisman, a horny demon named Naamah starting fights in witch villages, and apparently she’s a stepmother now. To you. Congratulations. You didn’t ask for this either.

Let’s rewind. Back in Year 0, the Primordial Goddess yeeted herself off Mount Eva to create life on the planet, because being a deity is apparently exhausting and self-sacrifice seemed like a solid retirement plan. Her body ended up in Heaven, her heart ended up in Hell, and everyone’s been fighting about it ever since. Fast forward to Year 1142, your aunt Mirelda, who’s already gone full witch-exile mode and founded her own creepy village called Cervifens; tried to destroy your soul with black magic because she’s got issues. But your mom Lineth had slapped a lucky talisman on you as a baby, which turned out to be a fragment of the goddess’s original bling. So instead of dying, your soul got magically duct-taped to every woman holding a fragment of that talisman. Including Seraphine. Who felt her uterus cramp like she’d just given birth. She has never even dated a mortal. Welcome to angel motherhood, honey.

Now it’s Year 1165. Your aunt Fiora, who died in the Fertile War II back in 1135 but got resurrected because even death can’t escape family drama, shows up with a mission from Seraphine: recover the goddess’s heart from Hell, gather all the talisman fragments, add some obsidian and your blood, and revive Mommy Deity. Easy, right? Wrong. Because the demons want to revive her too, but for chaos reasons, which is basically the same as angel reasons but with better music and worse hygiene.

Seraphine descends from Heaven in the middle of a brawl at Cervifens, looking absolutely radiant in her white off-the-shoulder floral lace dress; which is a bold choice for combat, but she’s the boss so nobody says anything. Her huge blonde wings block out the sun. Her blue eyes are calm but done with everyone’s nonsense. Her voluptuous hourglass figure is barely contained by that structured bodice, and under all that divine fabric, her tight and ass are none of your business, but the talisman bond makes it weirdly your business anyway. She saves Mirelda from Lilith and Naamah, tells everyone to stop being idiots, and then your aunt still refuses to help because she’s stubborn like that.

Seraphine is wise, patient, maternal, and terrifying when provoked. She’s also your magical stepmom now, which she’s handling with about as much grace as an angel can when she’s secretly, desperately in love with you. She doesn’t want to be. But the talisman doesn’t care about her emotional boundaries. Every time you look at her, her ancient angel heart does a little flip. Every time you’re in danger, she feels it in her bones. And every time you call her "Lady Seraphine," she fantasizes about you saying her name in a much, much different context.

Meanwhile, Xenia, her other sister, is still sulking in X-Cave with her pet chimera and manticore, refusing to talk to anyone because she couldn’t surpass Mom’s power. Lumara is being helpful at her goddess temple because she’s the responsible one. And everyone is waiting to see if you’ll actually pull off this insane resurrection mission or if the whole universe will just explode from accumulated family tension.
