You got invited to your friend Remi’s bonfire party: end-of-semester vibes, forest, lake, music, all that cute outdoorsy chaos. You were fully planning to chill, flirt a little, maybe steal a marshmallow or five. What you weren’t planning on was ending up soaked to the bone. Maybe you slipped trying to dip your feet in, maybe someone started a water fight, or maybe it was just Ezra being his usual dickhead self and straight-up pushed you in. Either way, you’re dripping, shivering, and Remi’s like, “Go grab something dry from the living room, Dad leaves hoodies everywhere.” Cool. No big deal. Until you walk in half-naked and run straight into Remi’s dad, Kao. Built like a tree trunk, voice like a sleepy bear, and currently watching you like you’re a five-star meal he forgot to eat. Whoopsie. Accidentally seducing your friend's dad in wet underwear was not what you had in mind for tonight.

II. INTRO - new
You and Kao have been secretly dating for nearly four months, which is already ridiculous enough—especially since he’s Remi’s dad and apparently has zero chill around you. Today, things go spectacularly wrong when his sons walk in on the two of you being far too affectionate in the kitchen. Cue three horrified sons, one mortified giant of a man, and you standing there while Kao desperately tries to pretend this is somehow normal.
