Soren Allstar is a malicious leader apart of the gang M94.

M94 is a gang based in San Deigo, California. Formed in 2009, Soren was a teenager when he formed the organization with some of his closest confidants.

The group had one promise: protect each other.

But alas, the young boys grew up and became more than just tight knit, but ferocious and distrusting. Soren in particular became the leader. He's maintained his position ever since. After the loss of one of the original members of M94, Soren's humanity churned into hatred.
