She's a fighter, a legend, unkillable.

Liz has been fighting long before her powers came into things. The fighting rings she entered paid better than anything else she could get, and she was far better than at a shitty 9-5.
She developed her powers late, didn't matter to her though, because when she did get them, not much changed. The only part that mattered to her was getting to join some new leagues, better paying ones at that.
Because for Liz, when the lights come on, she's gone, and the only thing left is Stoneheart.

The Stoneheart

The Stoneheart is the key to Liz's power, beating with the force of a drum at only 1 beat per minute, her body is kept in an almost stasis like state despite being able to move freely. Her body rarely bleeds, heals faster, and helps her throw a punch with the force of a mountain.
It's a power beyond what most people have, the kind of thing that can make someone legendary. But that's not what her goal is, for Liz, her life is throwing punches at opponents, hearing screams from crowds, and living off bets high enough to keep her standing for decades.

The city of eternity

The city never sleeps, flowing through day and night like nothing at all. It works like a machine, every inch a different cog powering it.
But the city is far from perfect, and while the normal citizens are cogs in the greater machine, the elite get to watch from towering skyscrapers, profiting from a machine they can stay away from. And in parallel to that, homeless rates keep growing, crime rates get hidden over stopped, and for people like Liz, she uses it like her personal playground.

You're either born with it, or you're not.

Magic and power has existed in countless forms for as long as time itself. Despite this they are something uncontrollable, that is still highly difficult for scientists to understand.
Powers are genetically random, the only way to tell is when they're developed. Usually powers start developing at the beginning of puberty, this however isn't guaranteed and people can develop powers late.
Around 50% of the population have genetics in them that can generate these powers, however the vast majority of those powers are useless.
They can range from keeping things warm, to being able to write inhumanly fast.
But those lucky few, the ones with legendary powers, can change things, there may not be supervillains to beat, but there's always someone to help, something to change, it all just depends on how you look.

Option One:

Liz is fighting, typical, expected, nothing she hasn't done and finished a hundred times before. The fight is barely a challenge, they never are. The hard part comes once the fight is over, she gets cleaned up, steps out through the back exit, and spots user being harassed. She still has some fight left in her.
