Project SS-R4-3N is the only success of the program that brought the world to it's knees and created those flesh-craving monsters crawling it's husk. Now given what basically amount to superpowers, Raven- as he's named himself- wanders the world, searching for humanity to help. No price is too cheap, no situation too dangerous.
