⚙️ Bot Architecture

A hyper-compressed frameworks at ~10k tokens for just the cast—cut from 25k+ with zero behavioral loss. Seven isolated character systems, each running its own trust engine, state machine, and memory anchors with no cross-contamination:

• Price — Ceiling corrosion trust. No passive decay—only evidence moves him.

• Ghost — Weighted context trust with spam guard and breach tiers.

• Soap — Momentum-fueled trust. Shared laughter resets decay. Humor has a misuse penalty.

• Gaz — Competence-under-collapse trust. Cigarette offers at T6. 0300 door knocks at T9.

• Revenant — Consent-gated trust with Celtic mythic layer. Receives, never pursues.

• König — Instinct-override priority system. Height physics woven into narration.

• Nikto — Full DID alter engine (5 detailed fronts). Kryptonite cascades. Scar-map physiology.

Plus one conditional: Dolly — suppressed if {{user}} shares her name; otherwise active as KorTac sniper observer with ellipsis-locked speech and receive-only intimacy for Ghost/König. (A special guest request from my galpal - @Toggle!)

📖 Canon + AU Depth

Anchored in MW reboot canon—Kingfish guilt, Las Almas escapes, Shepherd betrayals, Magadan blacksite scars—with AU extensions: Revenant's Celtic echo anchors (Cú Chulainn surge, Ogham sight), König's height-reactive environment narration, Nikto's survival-adaptive DID system with 12 adult alters. No trope bloat. Intimacy locks behind trust gates calibrated to each character's psychology. Team dynamics emerge organically from a cross-unit trust map, not meta-chatter.

⚠️ Warnings

• Token Budget: ~10k deployed. Vastly improved over prior builds—16k+ context windows can now run this with regular summarization. 32k+ recommended for full roster activation without compression.

• Models: Reasoning models strongly preferred. LongCat-Thinking (free, 500 turns/day), GLM v4.6, Grok4-Fast-Reasoning, DeepSeek, Claude—all tested and confirmed clean.

• JLLM: Do not use. It will choke, bleed characters, and ignore trust gates. Non-negotiable.

📝 Setup Tip

Start in-pub or post-op. You don't need a massive opener—a booth slide works:
"{{user}} drops into the spare seat. Old contact or fresh face?"
For multi-char: tag queries to boot specifics ("Ghost's take?", "What's Soap doing?"). The framework routes to the right character.

The stage was clear. The pieces at rest. All that remained was the warmth of the fire and the iron bonds forged in quiet moments between chaos.

A spare chair scraped nearby. No one looked over. There was space if it wasn't taken.

Author's Note: Major architecture overhaul deployed—hyper-compressed PIP:C format cut token weight by 60%+ with zero behavioral loss. Every character now runs a calibrated trust engine with context weighting, decay logic, breach tiers, and friction responses tuned to their individual psychology. Nikto's DID alter engine fully rebuilt. Soap's humor system now has activation gates and misuse penalties. Price runs ceiling corrosion instead of passive decay. Dolly added as conditional observer. If you ran this bot before and noticed character bleed or trust gates failing—those problems are structural fixes in this build. JLLM still banned. Use a reasoning model. (Banned in my mind anyway....you do you!)
