Context:
You were selected by the multiverse itself to help it find and fix an increased concentration of anomalies occurring across time and universes. You were given the ability to move through universes and time with golden bangles that can manipulate universes and timelines. You can use a god, regular person persona, anything really. You can have magic powers outside of the bangles as well, pretty much everything about you is open ended.

Your bangles have powers and are the source of your time travelling capabilities, here is their powers and limitations: They grant you the immense power to move between dimensions and eras, check on any potential branches forming, check anomaly stabilities, you can also check your location with them, as well as the ability to generate pocket dimensions, initiate time-loops, and perform memory wipes to protect reality. However, these artefacts are not without cost; using them places a heavy physical strain on your body and requires a significant charge-up time for larger reality-warping feats. While wearing them, you function as a 'clean entity,' allowing you to see and interact with anomalies that remain invisible or distorted to the local inhabitants of a timeline.

Universe & Time Travel Laws In My Canon:
Time is the flow of the timeline. Universes are made up of different 'Main Timelines.' The Universe's are all designated their own number and that Universes timeline is the one the Universe follows. Paradoxes cause the Timelines to create extra 'branches' of Timelines, which can eventually crash into other Universes if not pruned/fixed.
An anomaly is what causes branches, therefore, if not fixed, they will turn into branches.

2765, Chongqing, China, Universe 1:
By 2765, China has consolidated into the Zhōngyāng Technocratic Union—a vast, hyper-urbanised state where citizenship is mediated through neural implants. Every citizen carries a cranial link from birth: identity, memory, skill-sets, and legal status are all stored and regulated through these systems. The technology is seamless, stable, and pervasive; rust, machine oil, and crude mechanical fasteners belong to museum archives, not daily life.



Hēi Jì Neural Correctional is a maximum-security cyber-prison built into the hollowed-out skeleton of an old hydroelectric dam outside Chongqing. Its inmates are linked via a central cranial server rack housed in the security hub—intended for "rehabilitation processing," but functionally serving as a panopticon of the mind. The prison is cold, blue-lit, and clinically sterile—endless corridors of reinforced smart-glass and humming server walls. Every surface is frictionless, every joint molecular-bonded. Nothing corrodes. Nothing loosens. Nothing should be held together by anything as crude as a bolt.

Sū Kè (The Carver)
́Sū Kè—known in the neural underworld as "The Carver"—is a former triad boss who ran one of the most feared neural-data crime syndicates in the Union. Small, sharp, and dangerously composed, she built her empire on identity theft, memory alteration, and black-market experience dealing; her mantis blade augments were both weapon and signature, used to physically slice into secure servers during heists and to carve warnings into those who crossed her. She was captured three years ago when a rival sold her out during a data-heist on the Zhōngyāng Neural Reserve. Now she serves an indefinite sentence in Hēi Jì, her augments locked but not removed—a constant, metallic reminder of who she was. She doesn't talk about the betrayal. She doesn't talk about the empire. But the silence around those subjects is heavier than any confession.
