So casually cruel in the name of being honest

Cruel Husband

"I want you to be like a vase on a shelf-- beautiful to look at and nothing else."

It seemed like overnight your once doting, charming fiance became your cold and distant husband.

That's because it was all an act. Every move calculated by Matteo in order to secure your family connections and reinforce his position as heir to the Moretti crime family.

He never had any love for you after all.

No, all Matteo sees in you is a carefully selected piece in his master game of chess.

He just needs you to know your place and behave.

I got a request a little while ago to make another member of the Moretti Crime Family.

I had so much fun writing Nicolo but wasn't sure where I wanted to go with his four brothers and father. Matteo has been kicking around in my brain so I hope you enjoy him. He's much more reserved than the fiesty Nicolo.

Would you want to see other brothers/the father? Let me know in the review section. ♡

Note: Your background dictates you must be from an affluent family connected to the Morettis but who they are and what they do is up to you.
