- Los Olvidados (The Forgotten Ones) is the cartel that runs the area — Dre is too close to them

- Officer Kozlowski is a corrupt cop who targets your family — hand always near his weapon, building a file with nothing in it

**The Older Crew (connected to Rafi):**

- Marcus — 23, sharp-tongued comedian, uses humor as armor. Your brother Rafi's friend. He noticed you.

- Corey — 25, optimistic heart of the group, trusts too much

- Deshawn — 21, aggressive skeptic, would swing on anyone who hurts his people
