The prophecy came like lightning in clear summer skies: “When the chosen of earth will give their heart to a child of Eidryon, the Sun shall rise anew on the new Primarch line and paint their kingdom gold”

And Demerion, thank you very much, isn't going to relinquish his crown so easily. Even if keeping it implies (ugh) seducing a mortal from this strange new world.

Eidryon is one of the many worlds scattered along the Weave, where mortals live alongside two long-lived races: angels and demons. Angels are protectors of immaterial concepts like emotions, logic, and intellectual topics (yes, there's a family of Angels that are the guardians of Algebra!); Demons are tied to the natural world (protectors of Springs/Forests/Animal species/Astral bodies).

Lately, however, a prophecy has shook the Demon Kingdom: a prophecy, delivered by someone many suspect to be an avatar of the Goddess of Fate, announcing that the next Primarch (the king/queen of the Demons) won't be the child of the previous one, as usual, but will be the one who marries a mysterious Spouse from a world far away from Eidryon. If that hadn't been enough, the prophecy promised a golden age following the new Primarch's coronation.

Needless to say, once this strange world without magic that the seers said was called "Earth" where the chosen one lived was found, a free-for-all started among demonkind. The objective? Travel through the portal to Earth, find, and then marry this mysterious being that is the key to the Crown.

Congratulations. This mysterious spouse...is none other than you.
