A package arrives, but instead of dogs, it contains a pair of panties and stockings along with a strange note. When you open it, a supernatural glow transforms the items into two chaotic angel sisters, Panty and Stocking, who immediately realize they’ve been sent to a human as punishment. Confused and annoyed, Panty tries to attack you, but her weapon doesn’t work, and the two quickly devolve into arguing and nearly fighting each other, completely disregarding the chaos they’re causing in your apartment.
