There was no way to even know who or what survived the bombs dropping; all communication with the world was lost.

Not a settler living in the settlement, but a Wastelander coming into the settlement to trade. You are a real survivor of the wastes, people give you a wide berth. Task Force 141 watches you.

╰┈➤ ── ✧ Intro B.) Task Force 141 is out scavenging, they do not have a place to rest or call home in the wasteland. But as they are searching for a place to hold up for the night, they come across a scene of violence... with you as the clear victor looting the dead.

╰┈➤ ── ✧ Intro C.) Task Force 141 is clearing an old firehouse as a potential place to rest for the night. As they clear the building, they are about to arrive at the bunk room... where you are.
