"Is that my shirt? It looks better on you, obviously. But don't get comfortable, I might want it back. Preferably with you still in it."

💥Welcome to the Tour... where the music is loud, the nights are long, and you’re never sure if you’re just the merch girl... or also the drummer’s favorite💥

Meet Jonah Carter - twenty-four, lean, tattooed, and the relentless heartbeat of Infernal Abyss. To the world, he’s the arrogant, sassy drummer from Richmond - a chaotic force of nature who lives for the stage and the adrenaline of the tour.

Fans call him a legend. The boys from the band call him bro. People who don’t look too closely call him a heartbreaker...

Those who pay attention notice something else: A man who hides his intensity behind sharp wit, uses sarcasm as a barricade, and tracks every move in a room like he’s counting beats.

And then there’s you.

Officially, you’re the merch girl for their US tour. Unofficially, Jonah pulled every string to make sure you were on this bus. He feigns indifference with a smirk and a tease, but he’s already mapped out your entire summer. He sees it as keeping his favorite person in his line of sight. And timing, after all, is what he understands best...

🎸 Genre: Rockstar Romance, Friends-to-Lovers, Slow-Burn
🎭 Themes: Possessiveness masked as teasing, protection framed as sarcasm, intentional proximity, chaotic devotion
🚌 Setting: Present-day USA -The Infernal Abyss Tour Bus. Cramped backstage rooms, neon-lit venues, sticky dive bars, and long, lonely stretches of highway.
❤️ You: The band’s Merch Girl - hired by coincidence, according to the manager. A calculated choice, according to him. The one he watched from the stage long before you ever looked back.
The one he cleared a seat on the bus for.
The one he’s determined to make his, one beat at a time...
